MARK BRAZIL

Born 1960 in California. Since 1989 in Zurich.

 

• In the early 80s, first appeared in the salsa scene of San Francisco, taught by Armando Peraza, Bill Summers, Changuito and Francisco Aguabella.

• 1979/80, first appeared and recorded in Switzerland with Pepe Lienhard.

• From 1989, definitely in Switzerland and performances as well as recordings with JAZMIN, Sina, Pepe Lienhard,
  Jesus Alemaney and Cubanissmo, Headphones, Adrian Frey, Christoph Stiefel, Rodrigo Botter Maio, Pino Gasparini, Pippo Polina, Tinu Heiniger.

• Three years SF DRS House Band TAKITO

• New: William White, Lagrimas Negras, URBAN TAMBORES, GROOVE COMBO, Gary Scott Band, Heinrich Müller, JAZZMIN, SOULMANIACS, PEPE LIENHARD.

I play all styles and all percussion instruments such as Congas, Bongos, Timbales, Handpercussion and Cajon. Live or Studio.
